Selah x Alpha Artistry World CIC Art Workshop

This weekend, we had the pleasure of facilitating a women's creative wellbeing workshop at Selah Holistic Therapy & Wellbeing Services. The collaborative art workshop, centred around the theme “Herstory,” and was truly inspiring.

It was a beautiful opportunity to celebrate women's history month in a way that fostered wellness, creativity, and empowerment.

Through painting, participants explored the unifying power of collaboration and teamwork, reflecting on how women’s history is woven together like one vibrant tapestry. Each brushstroke was a reminder that our individual stories, when shared and united, create a collective strength that is both empowering and transformative.
